Home Instead of Spokane is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide overnight in-home care for our local seniors. Are you an attentive person who wants to work night shifts? If so, we want to hear from you!
Whether you’re getting into caregiving for the first time or you're a seasoned pro, Home Instead has the comprehensive training and continuous support you need to make an impact on our community.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Willing to work at least 20 hours a week and one weekend day
- Agree to submit a background check/drug screen
- Hold a valid HCA/CNA license in WA or are willing to learn

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing companionship & conversation
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Reminding clients to take medications
- Cleaning and light assistance with housework
- Aiding mobility and ensuring a safe environment
- Delivering specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or in hospice
What You’ll Get:

- Competitive Pay: $18.12 - $20.63 (based on license status and level of care)
