We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and supporting various administrative tasks. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and maintaining cash handling protocols.
• Perform basic math calculations to process sales and provide change.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to customers.
• Clean all areas and equipment to be ready for next day
• Check in and put away daily deliveries

Qualifications

• Self motivated and capable of working alone
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
• Previous experience with cash registers and cash handling preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers positively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.93 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
