Job Overview

CORE Construction is seeking a dedicated Overnight Construction Superintendent to join our Southern Nevada team and lead on-site coordination for a high-profile commercial construction project valued at $10 million. This role is essential for ensuring a safe, timely, and high-quality execution of construction phases from start-up through punch-out. You will supervise field operations, manage subcontractors, uphold safety protocols, and serve as the face of CORE on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full on-site coordination for all construction phases from mobilization to final closeout.
• Monitor job site safety and coach subcontractors on safe practices.
• Enforce quality control and oversee resolution of subcontractor deficiencies.
• Maintain and drive the project schedule; establish and track critical paths.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project flow.
• I will collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve design and field issues.
• Manage document control - drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs.
• Deliver daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Superintendent, ideally in Southern Nevada.
• Must have proven experience working multi-million dollar ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Structural concrete and steel construction.
• MEP systems and sequencing.
• Underground utilities, civil grading, and public works procedures.
• Interior/exterior commercial finishes.
• Proficient in Procore or equivalent project management software.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Schedule

• 4-10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6pm-5am)
• Occasional weekend or extended hours as project demands require
  
  

Work Location

• The current project is in the Las Vegas Valley, future projects could require travel in the South Half of Nevada.
