A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu’s wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lively pools and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure. Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.

The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

Is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Responsibilities

• Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Frequently tours the hotel and monitors activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled.
• Reviews late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements.
• Audits room blocks and address any discrepancies.
• Prepares proper handling of special attention guests, return guest, groups, etc.
• Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
• Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Two Years Luxury Experience in Hospitality desired
• Cultural sensitivity to Hawai’i and its workforce
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Pay: $34.72 per hour

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
