The Essex Resort & Spa is looking for a reliable, guest-focused Overnight Guest Services Agent / Night Auditor to be the welcoming face of the resort during our overnight hours.

As the go-to team member during the night shift, you’ll do more than check guests in and out—you’ll ensure a seamless and secure experience for late-night arrivals, early departures and everything in between. From assisting guests with requests to balancing the day’s accounts, your attention to detail and friendly professionalism make you a key part of our 24/7 guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional guest service and support throughout the night
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs and room assignments
  • Answer guest inquiries and assist with overnight requests
  • Perform nightly audits and reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support the safety and security of our property and guests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and day shift teams
