Overnight Kitchen Helper & Driver

Mari Bakeshop is looking for an Overnight Kitchen Helper & Driver!

This position requires an individual who can start as early as 12am, and assist with various kitchen duties, dishwashing, and make deliveries at the end of the shift.

****Must be able to start at 12AM****

****Must have a valid work permit/visa****

****Must have a valid class 5 driver's license****

The shift will be:

Monday - Friday 12AM - 8AM (8hr/day, 40hr/wk)

Responsibilities:

• Transfer the crate from the van to the kitchen, ready for loading
• Washing dishes & baking trays and other cleaning duties
• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils and machines
• Assemble sandwiches and wrap them ready for sale
• Load the van and make delivery to downtown
• Be able to work independently with a minimal supervision
• Have a common sense and quick judgement
• Clean as you go and maintain a sense of urgency at all times

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• Must be able to stand for long hours
• Expect repeating same movement (including bending & twisting)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
