Overnight Sales Associate - 10pm-6am (CLT Airport)

Paradies Lagardère is hiring Retail Sales Associates at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)! With 26 stores across the airport, we’re looking for energetic individuals who bring great attitudes and a passion for customer service. Pay: $15.00/hour. Job Types: Full-time and Part-time. Flexible scheduling available.

Shift Available: 10pm to 6am (overnight)

What you’ll do: Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Recommend products and assist with purchases. Deliver outstanding service and create a memorable experience. Maintain a clean and organized store. Meet and exceed sales expectations. Put the customer first at all times.

Who we’re looking for: Reliable and customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in retail. Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including nights and overnights. Must be able to pass a Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and meet all FAA/DOT requirements. Must be able to commute to or relocate to Charlotte, NC 28208.
