We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Officer to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Security for Safety, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Coordinates with the Security Supervisor when items need to be ordered. (Radios and office equipment).
- Issue visitor / vendor badges to all guests and vendors.
- Perform periodic patrol of interior and exterior of the Practice Center including the main parking lot. May contribute to screening employees, guests and vendors for access to the facility.
- Respond to, evaluate and notify individuals of fire alarms inside the facility.
- Keeps the Security Supervisor and Arena Security Manager are immediately informed of emergencies involving first responders.
- Check in and screen belongings for crews, both entering and exiting facility, during overnight shift.
- Effectively maintain working knowledge of various technology tools used by security officers to include Body cameras, Access Control, Verkada Guest/Visitor Management software, Milestone, etc.

- Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet business needs.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Demonstrates a go-getter attitude, taking initiative to address situations quickly and effectively.
- Maintains an optimistic outlook, fostering a calm and positive environment even under pressure.

Confidently applies security skills while consistently going above and beyond to ensure safety and exceptional service.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Prior law enforcement or military background a plus

Valid Arizona’s driver’s license to operate company vehicles and carts
