Job Summary:
Painting Canada Inc. is currently seeking experienced painters to join our growing team. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial painting work. This is a full-time position with year-round employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform professional painting services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including proper cleaning, scraping, and sanding
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
- Assist with other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous painting experience
- Professional and customer-oriented approach
- No subcontractors please
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset
- Licenses and certifications such as WHMIS and Working at Heights are an asset
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience. We offer full-time employment with year-round job security. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
Working Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Weekend work is available on request
- Flexible day/night shift scheduling
