Playfly Sports is looking for a part time, temporary Partnership Services Associate to join our team at Villanova Sports Properties.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in operational duties related to contract fulfillment, hospitality, radio and television broadcasts and perform other tasks as required to help ensure the success of Villanova Sports Properties.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Support full-time Partnership Activation and Sales staff with day-to-day tasks necessary to ensure the overall success of the property
• Assist with the execution of all hospitality elements and events (gamedays, in-game promotions and non-game day partner events)
• Assist with compiling partner recaps and proof of performance
• Take photos and documentation of promotions, signage, events, and contractual obligations to maintain an accurate image library for annual recaps
• Research potential corporate partners and monitor industry trends
• Assist with capturing digital and social media proof of performance
• Assist with year-end partnership recaps
• Represent Playfly Sports, Villanova Athletics and the University in a professional manner
• Other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing or similar field
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to participate in multiple events
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, prior experience in creating sales or partner recaps preferred
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects
• Prior internship experience in sports a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  
  

Travel, Lifting, Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work 30 office hours a week
• Responsible for attending all men’s and women’s basketball games and other assigned sports home games (including afternoon, night, and weekend games)
