What awaits you:
1+ years of experience in medical office or hospital environment. Can substitute 2+ years in strong customer service oriented environment.
Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 28.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.

- Hours: Overnight shift (11pm-7:30am), 5 days per week. You must work 1-2 weekends per month. You will get additional shift differential for weekends and overnights!

Must be able to train on the day-shift (7am-3:30pm) for the first week of hire.**
- Be responsible for satisfying the patient, staff or caller and maintaining the image and integrity of HCMC.
- Provide patients with information on physicians, directions to locations, required pre-testing, educational materials, and any other items prior to service.

Gather necessary data, enter appropriate data into computer-Epic, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and appropriately signed by patient in order to register and admit patient for inpatient or outpatient services.
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance concepts preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Passion for helping others
- Ability to think quickly and problem solve
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
