Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Physical Therapy Clinical Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. The PCC will be responsible for assisting with patient care, machine operation, and supporting Physical Therapists (PTs) to ensure safe and effective patient treatments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Supervision: Directly supervise patients during exercise sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and providing clear instructions and feedback.
- WebPT Utilization: Navigate WebPT to access patient records, review prescribed exercises, and document progress.
- Machine Operation: Safely operate clinic equipment such as e-stim units, hot packs, and ice packs, ensuring proper usage for each patient’s treatment plan.
- Floor Management: Manage 1-3 patients at a time, coordinating exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaboration with PTs: Communicate effectively with PTs and other staff to provide optimal care, assist in the implementation of treatment plans and modifications as necessary.
Key Expectations:
- Punctuality and Professionalism: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to dress code standards, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Patient Interaction: Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for patients, providing encouragement and ensuring clear communication throughout their treatment.
- Patient Safety: Supervise all patients during exercises and ensure adherence to safety protocols, particularly regarding equipment usage (e.g., hot and ice packs).
- Team Coordination: Maintain open communication with PTs and staff to ensure patient care is uninterrupted and well-coordinated throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible shifts, including possible evening or weekend hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
