PCA Personal Care Assistant

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support patients in various medical settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

*Responsibilities*

- Assist patients with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs under the direction of healthcare professionals

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients

- Follow care plans as directed by healthcare providers

*Skills*

- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to patients of all ages

- Understanding of geriatric care principles and practices

-Read and Write in English

-CNA work

-CPR / FIRST AID

Work with a person who has a service dog. You don't gotta do anything for the puppy. NOT AGGRESSIVE AT ALL.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Personal assistant: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
