As a People Manager your role would be to oversee the day-to-day operations of your team in our Media Intelligence business line, ensuring that the service provided is on time and with the best quality, meeting our company's standards and objectives.
We are looking for commitment-oriented individuals, who possess an agile mindset to be able to grow and develop their teams in a dynamic environment.
Essential Functions And Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring that they are working towards the company's goals and objectives. This involves setting performance targets, providing regular feedback and coaching, as well as developing improvement or training programs
Conduct regular one-on-one with direct reports to review individual performance and offer on-going development coaching
Take actions to improve team performance, working towards higher productivity, quality and people engagement
Participate in the recruitment process for new hires in the team and their onboarding
Manage and review reports and statistics about performance and the service provided to the clients
Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and Bulgarian labor code compliance, define and implement corrective actions needed to meet operational performance
Prepare work schedules and follow the attendance of the direct reports to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
You will be responsible for identifying areas and defining actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You will manage a budget for the team and will give suggestions for changes in remuneration of team members related to their performance
You will be responsible for working closely with other stakeholders/departments within the company to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
You are willing to embrace a later afternoon/evening shift (EET), from 6pm until 2am.
You are willing to be challenged by a growing team in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
University degree
At least 2 years’ relevant experience leading a team in a similar business industry
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficient English language skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop people, provide effective feedback in order to maximize performance
Building collaborative relationships – ability in building partnerships and work cooperatively with others to meet shared objectives
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced business environment
