Personal Assistant (Female) – Complex Care Support Location: UK-based (with potential for travel)
- Hours: Minimum 28 hours per week – fixed hours including weekdays and some weekends (Friday/Saturday)with overnight shifts as per rota *Additional hours available
Salary: Competitive – discussed at interview

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable female Personal Assistant (PA) to join a small, dedicated team providing 24/7 support to a lady with complex medical needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is caring, proactive, and committed to improving the quality of life for this lady.
You will be assisting with all aspects of daily living – from personal care and medication to mobility and communication – in a nurturing and respectful environment. You’ll receive full training, including specialist care skills, and become part of a close-knit, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Support with washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
Medical Assistance: Medication administration, gastrostomy (PEG) and tracheostomy care (training provided)
Mobility Support: Hoisting and repositioning
Activities & Companionship: Supporting sensory activities and communication
Household Tasks: Light domestic duties as required
Appointments & Travel: Escorting to medical appointments and occasional overseas travel
Overnight Care: Sleep-in and/or wake nights on a rota basis
Essential Requirements
Female applicant (due to personal care needs)
Kind, patient, and reliable with strong initiative and common sense
Excellent communication and recording skills
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Valid Passport (for occasional travel)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Non-Smoker/Vaper (oxygen in use in the home)
