Patient Advocate (Full-Time) – ARCH Dental + Aesthetics

Compensation: $28–34/hr + performance-based bonuses

Are you a driven communicator with a passion for helping people make life-changing decisions? ARCH Dental + Aesthetics is seeking a Patient Advocate to be the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in our transformative dental implant and full-mouth rehabilitation services.

About the Role

As a Patient Advocate, you’ll be a critical part of the patient experience journey—guiding leads from initial inquiry to scheduled consultation. You’ll connect with individuals who are ready to take the first step toward restoring their confidence, and you’ll use your interpersonal and sales skills to make that happen.

This is not a passive front-desk role—this is a performance-focused, high-impact position that directly contributes to the growth of ARCH. You’ll handle inbound leads, re-engage past inquiries, and follow up strategically to help patients say “yes” to treatment that will change their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and warmly to new patient inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Build rapport and educate prospective patients on the benefits of treatment
• Schedule in-clinic consultations for qualified leads
• Track and manage your leads in our CRM and follow-up workflows
• Reconnect with patients who previously inquired but didn’t book
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly booking targets
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional sales ability—you love turning a “maybe” into a “yes”
• Experience in a high-conversion, goal-driven environment (dental/medical sales a plus)
• Confidence in handling phone, text, and email outreach with warmth and clarity
• Organized and self-motivated—you take ownership of your pipeline
• Comfort with using CRM tools and tracking KPIs
• A passion for helping others and a belief in the life-changing impact of full-mouth care
