Permanent (Full Time)

Pay Rate: $250,000 - $260,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

Shift: Mon - Fri Day/Night

Summary:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact.
• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.
• Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months.
• Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records.
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day.
• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC) - REQUIRED
• Active NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date)- REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and licensing history - REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS
• Willingness to work full-time with 4- or 5-day schedule field)- REQUIRED
• Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups - REQUIRED.
