Summary of Position:
As the guest’s first and last impression of the property, provide exemplary customer service ensuring each and every guest experience is flawless and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise.
- Escort all guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Inform guests about all property and guest room features, facilities and emergency procedures
- Ensure public areas as well as departmental equipment is clean and presentable at all times
- Provide assistance to other departments including, but not limited to, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed
- Complete minor maintenance tasks
- Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with all guest
- Understand Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas

- Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Impeccable grooming standards. Should be clean cut and dressed in the appropriate uniform, which should be clean and pressed
- Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles

Majority of shift will be spent on feet; must be able to safely lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year front of house experience
National Park/Resort experience
