This entry-level opportunity is paid at $17.00 Hourly with regularly scheduled increases to $22.20.
What Youll Do On The A-team
- Material Handling: Load/unload paper rolls, monitor/replenish supplies, and inspect rolls for defects.
- Press Operation Support: Assist with press setup, monitor operations for quality output, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and collaborate with the quality control team to address print quality issues.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in printing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Press Roll Tender or similar role in a printing environment.
- Knowledge of printing press operations, paper handling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy rolls of paper and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of press machinery.

The employee works in a production environment. Additionally, the incumbent will work near moving mechanical parts and in high places. He/she will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. There is frequent noise in the work environment.
