PRN Caregivers (CNA or PCA)

Location: Greater Atlanta Area

Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for flexible, part-time work? We’re hiring PRN (as-needed) CNAs and PCAs to join our team. Create your own schedule and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Refer a client and earn a $100 bonus!

Pay:

• CNA: $16–$17/hr
• PCA: $14–$15/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Mobility Support: Transfers, walking, exercises
• Meal Prep: Cook meals based on dietary needs
• Medication Reminders
• Light Housekeeping: Laundry, cleaning, bed changes
• Companionship: Emotional support and social interaction
• Transportation: Appointments, errands
• Home Safety: Keep the environment safe and hazard-free
• Communication: Keep clients, families, and providers informed
• Training: Maintain required certifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Empathy, compassion, and kindness – a must!
• Speaks Spanish (a plus!)
• Willing to travel inside/outside the perimeter
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous caregiver or healthcare experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check and TB screening
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus

Required Documents (Must Be Valid/Current):

• Driver's license
• Social Security card
• CPR certification
• CNA or PCA certification (if applicable)
• TB test result (within 7 days if not current)
• PCA online test result (Free test provided if needed)
• Background check (instructions will be provided)

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
