About the Role

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks and processes within your assigned department or team. Your role may involve data entry, document processing, customer support, or other operational tasks aimed at achieving departmental goals and ensuring efficient business operations.

Job Responsibilities

•* Monitor all transactions and ensure compliance with quality regulations and maintain effective relationships with clients.*

•* Follow-up on issues/queries/clarification respective to assigned Client/Carrier internally with Team Lead and get it closed on Client portal.*

•* Secure information by completing database backups.*

•* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.*

•* Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates.*

•* Playing a vital role with co-workers to deliver the customer expected deliverable.*

•* To be self-learning all new assigned Clients/Carriers in a limited time frame.*

•* Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.*

•* Maintain all required data/report such as Production/Queries of his individual on daily basis.*

•* Should perform multi-tasking in other assigned projects if any as well.*

Requirements and skills

•* Basic computer knowledge*

•* Should have good typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM*

•* Excellent in reading/understand English especially US client documents and should be able to self-work based on the document instruction.*

•* Good in E-mail etiquette.*

•* Medium level computer proficiency (MS Office – Word and Excel).*

•* Ability to work independently and to self-learn new tasks based on instruction and complete routine work in a timely manner.*

•* Should be flexible in working any shift as per process requirement.*

•* Strong analytical and reasoning skills.*
