Processor, Servicing Treasury I

Summary:

The Servicing Treasury Processor I is responsible for accurately and timely processing to the servicing system daily. This position will work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met.

Essential Job Functions may include:

• Process outgoing payments (checks) to the vendors, and borrowers.
• Reconciling, scanning, and disbursing (mailing) checks.
• Opens mail.
• Updates daily logs – Knowledge of Excel Level 1.
• Prepares overnight (UPS) packages.
• Works dept CIT’s completing, or updating and forwarding.
• Works pending and exception items.
• Enter wires / ach’s into banking system.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
