Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management:
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders based on internal requests.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Communicate with vendors to gather quotes, confirm order details, and resolve delivery issues.
- Help onboard new suppliers by collecting documentation and assisting with setup in internal systems.
- Support the evaluation of vendor performance based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain procurement databases, supplier lists, and internal records.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and coordinate with the finance team for payment processing.
- Help ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in generating procurement reports, tracking cost savings, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Collect and organize data for budget tracking and spend analysis.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR) to understand procurement needs.

Coordinate with team members to resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain processes (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Comfortable working with digital tools, such as email, project management software, or procurement systems.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior internship or experience in procurement, administration, or supply chain is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a bonus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
