Hi,

We are hiring a production manager for our central kitchen.

Details:

Cuisine: Western Italian

6 Days work Week

Able to do night shifts (5pm-5am)

Staff meals provided

Requirements:

Relevant experience as Manager in a central kitchen

Able to handle customer feedbacks profesisonally

Able to do staff rostering

Able to do service crew and housekeeping duties

Experience in planning and executing events (wine pairing dinners, festive dinners)

Able to work in hand with management to deliver key KPIs
