Professional Residential & Commercial Cleaner (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
• Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including organizing rooms and decluttering spaces.
• Provide carpet cleaning services to maintain the quality and appearance of carpets.
• Interact with clients professionally, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to varying client needs.
