Position Details
- Implements CPS’s philosophy of supporting students, including recruitment of new students, managing prospective student inquiries within the platforms such as Salesforce, providing support to them through their application and enrollment process, onboarding students into their professional studies programs, answering questions throughout the program, and providing students with program completion documentation.
- Collaborates across teams for marketing of programs, website updates, and attending on and off-campus events as needed.

- A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, education, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of student development, academic theories, methodologies, and current practices in higher education.
- A minimum of two years or relevant experience in higher education or other training/learning environment in recruitment or student/participant/client services.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills, diplomacy in handling difficult situations and demonstrated competence using Microsoft 365 or other standard office software.
- Experience with customer relationship management and retention software is a plus.
- The ability to have a strong service orientation and interact effectively with stakeholders.

- The position should indicate the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Occasional night and weekend hours are required.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and set-up conference exhibit tables.
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
