We’re hiring for full-time day shift positions, working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Day shift staff must be available for at least one Saturday or Sunday each week, or both Saturday and Sunday every other week. Night shift staff must be available for at least one Friday or Saturday each week, or both Friday and Saturday every other week. All positions require rotating weekends and holidays. The best part—work just three days a week and enjoy four days off!
Responsibilities Of a Recovery Advocate
- Complete tasks related to admissions, discharges, and transfers of clients.
- Observe, supervise, and document client behavior and participation in daily unit routines.
- Communicate significant observations to the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist clients who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, ensuring their immediate needs are met.
- Conduct drug and alcohol screens (UA/BAC).
- Respond to emergencies and help manage crises effectively.
- Maintain professional, therapeutic relationships with both peers and clients.
- Maintain confidential client records.
- Role model appropriate behavior that supports clients in recovery.
- Provide transportation to clients using company vehicles for appointments, activities, and other facilities.

Perform routine support tasks, including answering telephones, filing, copying/scanning/faxing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Education & Experience:
- Two years of coursework or training in a human services field, or two years of lived recovery experience with demonstrated skills in treating individuals with behavioral health diagnoses.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related human service field preferred.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
