Job Title: Registered Medication Aide (MedTech) – PRN
Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour
Location: Virginia (Must have valid Virginia RMA License)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA/MedTech) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring clients receive safe and accurate medication assistance in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to clients as prescribed, following all legal and safety guidelines.
- Document medication administration accurately and timely.
- Monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition and report as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and workspace.
- Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure clients’ overall wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Virginia RMA (Registered Medication Aide) license.
- Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or similar healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
- PRN (as needed; may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
Pay Rate:
- $23 – $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
