Staff Nurse – Days & Nights
Hours: Full-time | 36 hours per week | Days and Nights available
Pay: £20 per hour (DOE)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our care team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Administer medication and carry out clinical duties in line with NMC standards.
• Monitor residents’ health, ensuring care plans are followed and updated.
• Support, guide, and mentor care staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.

Requirements

• NMC qualified with valid registration.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in care homes (essential).
• Up-to-date DBS check.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
