Healthcare Night Shift

Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: 12-hour Nights (3x per week)
Pay: $2,396 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (LDRP) to provide comprehensive care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

  • Monitor maternal and fetal health, documenting all clinical observations accurately.

  • Administer medications and assist with epidurals, inductions, and other obstetric procedures.

  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Educate and support patients and their families through childbirth and recovery.

  • Maintain patient safety and infection control standards at all times.

  • Float as needed to other units or sister campuses when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience.

  • Experience with EPIC EMR system required.

  • Flexibility to float within the facility and to affiliated locations.

Certifications:

  • AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
