About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on night shifts. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ wellbeing, and work collaboratively with the care team to maintain excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care to residents during night shifts
• Administer medication and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and families
• Support junior staff and promote best nursing practices

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid PIN
• Relevant post-registration experience
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
