Pay Range: $45 – $51/hr ($1,620 – $1,836/week)

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting job in Neptune, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments, diagnostic evaluations, patient education, and disease management.

• Assist with intubations and manage ventilators, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment.

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized respiratory care plans.

• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and equipment use.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.

• Document all respiratory care activities and patient progress accurately and timely.

• Participate in departmental initiatives and comply with all organizational policies and care standards.

• Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients, families, and staff.

• Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

• BLS (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS required.

• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-focused care.
