Relief Mobile Security Officer

Intacept Security is a trusted SIA Approved Contractor committed to providing high-quality security services. We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and professional SIA Licensed Security Officer to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
The role requires flexibility, including availability for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Deter and respond to security threats, protecting customers, staff, and property
• Lock and unlock premises as required
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises remain secure
• Respond to and manage alarm activations
• Set and unset alarms according to client instructions
• Follow emergency procedures accurately
• Complete detailed and accurate reports, both written and electronic
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, health & safety standards, and all relevant legislation

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid SIA Licence
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
• Minimum age: 25 (due to insurance requirements), with no points or convictions
• Comfortable using smartphones and security-related apps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Screening:
All applicants will be vetted in accordance with BS 7858 standards. You must provide a full, checkable 5-year work/school history to meet security screening requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.90 per hour
