Shifts Available: Part-Time - Morning 6am-2pm Evening 2pm-10pm and overnight 10pm-6am.

What you'll do each day as a Care Partner:
Help residents live with dignity and independence by assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
Administer medications and assist with treatments under RN delegation.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behaviors, and conditions.
Document care provided in RTasks, our electronic charting system.
Engage with residents – Whether reading, chatting, or reminiscing, your presence matters.
Keep the home safe and welcoming – Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
Be ready for anything – Recognize and respond to emergencies with confidence.

What we look for in a Float Care Partner (Qualifications):
Prior care giving experience that includes use of hoyers & sit-stands, preferably in an Assisted Living setting or nursing home is preferred
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current insurance
Ability to take initiative and use sound judgement in high pressure situations
A heart for caring and a passion for helping others.
Previous caregiving experience (preferably in assisted living).
Dependability – Ability to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.
Strong communication skills – Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Patience, kindness, and a willingness to be part of a team that supports each other.
CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required
