Restaurant Assistant Manager

KPOT seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Grand Rapids, MI location. Should have minimum two-years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager/ leadership role, within a casual family dining concept.

Must be ServSafe or local Food handlers certified.

Salary range: DOE.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of all restaurant departments

• Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures
• Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines
• Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff
• Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars
• Daily log in of Social Media accounts
• Follow-up on corrective action where necessary
