Restaurant Server

Spice Finch is an innovative modern-Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia’s most iconic neighborhoods. We showcase a creative approach to Mediterranean fare with a menu inspired by the herbs, spices and distinctive flavors of the nations bordering the sea. Heavier influences come from the cultures and culinary traditions of Morocco and Greece.

We are looking for experience and the right mentality and attitude. We are looking to build a team that works hard and works together for the success of their coworkers and our guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Demonstrating warm and welcoming hospitality.
• Maintain restaurant tables, with a keen eye for detail.
• Take/serve orders and answer questions with full knowledge of the menus.
• Work with other servers and kitchen/bar staff to flip tables, run food, or buss as needed.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Pre-bus, clear and reset tables
• Assist with polishing/group sidework
• Build connections with guests and cultivate relationships with regulars.
• Work cleanly and with organization!
