Retail Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our flagship Joseph-Beth Bookstore in the Rookwood Pavilion in Cincinnati.

As a leader in this bookstore, you will be responsible for coaching and leading the overall guest experience and store operations. Most of your time will be spent actively engaging with guests and team members to help ensure our guests are 100% satisfied. As a full-time employee with JB Retail Collective, you’ll work a full-time schedule that will include day, night, and weekend shifts. • 4-year degree preferred but not necessary
