Job Title: RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Weston, WV
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: 4x12-Hour Night Shifts
Pay Rate: $2,540 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide high-acuity patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a critical care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and vital signs.

• Administer medications, IV infusions, and life-saving interventions as needed.

• Operate and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support measures.

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.

• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia (or compact license).

• Certifications:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred
