4 year old trach/vent and g/j tube. Only on the vent at night. non-mobile, non-verbal
Looking for somebody who can work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; extremely flexible. More shifts possibly available, times would be from 8am to 9pm . Family also needs somebody overnights starting in August through January. Mom's oldest son plays football and they will be traveling every weekend.

PRIVATE HOME CARE FOR A TRACH/VENT PEDIATRIC CLIENT IN CARROLLTON, GA. PAY RATE IS $50 HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE. TRACH/VENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION!!

The RN in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and agency policies. Also, The RN role coordinates the total plan of care with other health care professionals, and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources. All done within the patients home.
We are looking for compassionate RN's to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes in accordance with an established care plan!!
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Follow physician prescribed patient care plan
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Complete & document patient assessment
- Assess, monitor, and document changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional and/or psychological support
Qualifications
- Trach/Vent experience required
- GJ tube experience required
- At 1 least one year clinical experience required
- Home health nursing experience required
- Experience with total care patients required
- Must hold current licensure as a RN in the state of Georgia
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Ability to build rapport with patients & their family
