Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
Location: Carmichael, CA
Contract Type: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts per week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Pay Range: $64 – $71 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Carmichael, CA for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and promptly respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Perform regular patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN License (unencumbered)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-based care setting
