Robotics Specialist (non-technical)

About the Role

Collabera’s client, an innovative leader in the automation space, is expanding operations and building a brand new night shift team at one of their largest supply chain facilities. We’re hiring 16 Robotics Specialists to support collaborative robots as they navigate warehouse floors.

This is an entry level, non technical role ideal for individuals comfortable with technology, shift work, and being on their feet. If you enjoy working with tablets, smartphones, or gaming controllers and want to be part of a cutting edge robotics operation we’d love to hear from you.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor robots on the warehouse floor and provide corrections if they go off path
• Use tablets and Logitech controllers (similar to gaming joysticks) to guide robots
• Perform light troubleshooting, input tasks, and resolve errors
• Walk alongside robots approximately 95% of the shift
• Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Prepare and reset robots between tasks as needed
• Follow all on-site safety requirements, including wearing a vest and steel-toed boots

Qualifications

• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and general technology
• Able to walk for most of the shift
• Self-starter who does not require micromanagement
• Must own or be willing to purchase steel/composite-toe boots
• Background in robotics or technical support
• Experience with gaming consoles or joystick-like controllers
