ROTA - 2 weeks on 2 week off - Jupiter Florida

Little Angels Nanny Service is seeking a professional, warm, and experienced ROTA nanny for a loving family based in South Florida. This is a full-time, live-in rotational position—two weeks on, two weeks off—caring for children in a modern, pet-friendly household. Ideal candidates will be flexible, organized, and able to step in as both caregiver and family support during their active rotation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide full-charge care during scheduled weeks on duty

• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, reading, enrichment)

• Assist with homework and educational routines

• Support morning and evening routines, including bathing, dressing, and meal prep

• School pickups and occasional activity drop-offs (minimal driving required)

• Diaper changes, bottle feeding, and potty training (as applicable)

• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and children’s areas

• Open door and let dogs out in the morning when up first

• Light family support including errands, grocery shopping, and calendar organization

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience

• Prior ROTA or live-in experience strongly preferred

• Able to swim and drive (vehicle provided during shift if needed)

• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus, not required

• Dog-friendly (home has a large and small dog)

• Comfortable working in a modern, open-concept home

• Organized, proactive, and able to support family needs with professionalism

Schedule & Living Arrangement

• 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

• Live-in during working weeks (private bedroom provided)

• No overnight on-call responsibilities while sleeping

• Shared holiday coverage (alternates annually)

• Household is staffed with a housekeeper; nanny is expected to help maintain general tidiness

Compensation & Terms

• $100,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)

• One week paid vacation after one year of employment

• Guaranteed pay during on-duty weeks, even if family travels

• No health or dental benefits offered in the first year
