As a Sales and Service Trainee, you may often be referred to as the "Jack of all Trades" within the company. You will have the opportunity to learn many positions as a trainee, but you will mainly be supporting the Sales and Service Representatives by running routes as needed. When not running a route, you may be assisting with machine installation & equipment rebuilding.

Key Duties:

• Team Support: Learn routes to cover for SSRs when they are out sick or on vacation. Assist our Installers at customer locations and our Rebuilders at the local branch as needed.
• Route Driving: Ability to obtain a CDL license after and follow DOT regulations. Ensure company truck is stocked with all necessary equipment needed to service accounts.
• Equipment Service: Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations.
• Customer Service: Build trusting relationships visiting accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide training to customers on equipment & products as needed.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, collect payment and settle accounts as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Customer service
• Availability for on-call & emergency service schedules
• Product sales a plus
• Route driving a plus
