Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively seek and convert leads for group bookings, private events, and corporate functions.
- Build strong partnerships with hotels, tour operators, DMCs, and local businesses.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat business.
- Event Coordination Support
- Be on-site during key events to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to tailor offerings and packages to different markets.
- Flexibility & Availability
- Work a flexible schedule Tuesday through Saturday, with availability for events outside of these hours when needed.
- Rotate between venues based on bookings, activations, and business demands.
- Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications.
- Report weekly on sales activity and performance to management.
Key Attributes:
- Proven hospitality sales or events experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
- Strong knowledge of Dublin’s hospitality and tourism landscape is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
