Thee Farm Event and Wellness Centre is a boutique wellness and event venue featuring a 4000 sq. ft. farmhouse with 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, and six (6) luxury domes overlooking a 75-acre manmade lake with tranquil surroundings, private celebrations, and rejuvenating getaways. We deliver a unique blend of hospitality, wellbeing, and memorable guest experiences in an intimate, high-quality setting. Thee Farm’s versatile venue will host groups for weddings, social events, conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across our three core revenue streams: bedroom accommodation, wellness services, and event hosting. This role is key to optimizing occupancy, driving group and individual bookings, and building long-term client relationships within the hospitality and wellness sectors.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard day shift schedule. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required based on operational needs, special events, or project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
🔹 Sales & Revenue Development – Bedrooms
- Strategically grow room bookings through direct sales, online channels (OTAs), and corporate/wellness group partnerships.
- Develop and implement packages combining accommodation with wellness experiences (e.g., yoga retreats, spa weekends, digital detox packages).
🔹 Event & Wellness Sales
- Secure bookings for wellness retreats, private events, and corporate offsites that include full or partial bedroom block reservations.
- Liaise with event organizers to tailor overnight accommodation and guest experience packages to specific needs.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate long-term relationships with returning guests, retreat leaders, corporate clients, and travel planners.
- Act as the primary sales contact from inquiry through to post-stay follow-up, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
🔹 Sales Strategy & Marketing
- Identify new B2B opportunities (e.g., travel agents, wellness influencers, destination wedding planners).
- Attend industry events and represent the property to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
🔹 Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and occupancy analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications using CRM and PMS tools.
🔹 Wedding Coordination/Assistance
- Assist with managing incoming inquiries, conduct site tours, and build customized proposals.
- Attend wedding shows and wellness expos as a brand representative.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or wellness-focused venues (boutique hotels, retreats, resorts).
- Proven track record in bedroom revenue management, corporate/group sales, or retreat coordination.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, group booking systems, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
