Job Description
100%, Monday-Friday, day/eve, 8:00am-5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 8-12 noon (every 4-6 weeks).
Training is onsite for 6-8 week, 8:00am-4:30pm. Once training is complete position will transition to Hybrid or Remote.
You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare. Preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance. Preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience. Required
