Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Server to join our team and uphold the traditions of LaGrange Country Club. In this role, you will deliver warm, attentive, high-end service, creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our members and guests through professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Professional Expectations

· Professionalism: Maintain a polished, welcoming, and courteous presence at all times

· Service Excellence: Provide attentive, high-end service that enhances the member dining experience

· Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in orders, timing, and table presentation

· Teamwork: Work collaboratively with servers, culinary staff, and leadership

· Member Recognition: Greet members by name when possible and personalize service to build strong relationships

· Financial Integrity: Handle checks, member charges, and payments accurately and responsibly

· Reliability: Be punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling needs (including nights, weekends and holidays

Requirements

· Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, with an understanding of elevated service standards and guest expectations

· Service Knowledge: A working knowledge of food, beverage, and service flow, with a willingness to learn the traditions and standards of a private club

· Communication: Clear, courteous, and professional communication with members, guests, and teammates

· Member Focus: A genuine interest in building relationships and delivering personalized service

· Attention to Detail: Care and consistency in order accuracy, timing, presentation, and follow-through

· Professionalism: A polished appearance and respectful demeanor that reflects the club’s values

· Teamwork: A collaborative approach that supports seamless service and a positive work environment

Benefits:

· In person (LaGrange, IL)

· Primarily evening shifts Wednesday – Sunday

· Holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
