SEEKING: Young talent, who are interested in pursuing a career in the field of Criminal Justice/ Law Enforcement!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary & Job Description: Starting pay is between $16 and $22 per hour, with potential to earn up to $30+ per hour for special assignments and based on tenure. Pay raises are available every 3 to 6 months.

We are looking for professional, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy Security Personnel to join our team. Individuals who possess these qualities may have the opportunity for Armed work. The position we are seeking to fill is a full-time role, approximately 35 to 40 hours per week.

We provide free training and certification, including quarterly firearms and self-defense training. All training is influenced by Colorado P.O.S.T. Our lead trainer will either be a formerly trained police officer, Army special operations team member, or combat veteran. We take pride in protecting our community and seek candidates who take pride in their appearance, are professional, and have a passion for protecting people and property.

We are committed to working with individuals currently enrolled in school or pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. Military veterans aiming to transition their experience into the civilian sector will receive preference.

Additional Requirements

• Able to pass a drug screening upon request
• First Aid certifications are preferred
• Reliable Transportation (own a vehicle) & Driver's License Requirements
• NO SMOKING at any time while on shift or just before the shift
• Military Veterans will receive preference

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all-times; uniform and appearance are paramount.
• Maintain a modern smart-phone with the required app(s) and data reliability.
• Be Vigilant at all times and prevent crime, investigate, and report any incidents that could arise.
• Communicate with dispatch and admin clearly and concisely. Communication skills are essential!
