Security Personnel

Supermac's Cross Street, Galway City, currently requires part-time night shift security personnel.

The Job:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate with Management, kitchen staff, and customer service staff to ensure effective customer flow
• Communicate with all customers to ensure quality satisfaction with both food and service
• Respond to any customer complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the Manager/Supervisor.
• Must be willing to patrol inside and outside of the store premises on a regular cycle, control crowds as needed, observe any suspicious activities on-premises, and ask unruly or out-of-hand guests to leave the premises.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work night shifts.
• Must be willing to assist around the restaurant lobby.
• Require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must hold a PSA license in Door Supervision and speak fluent or conversational English.
• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to provide 2 previous work references
