Security Supervisor – Central London (Nights)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enigma Security Solutions Ltd as a Security Supervisor at one of our prestigious sites in London. We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Supervisor to join our team in Central London. This is a high-profile external role, where you will lead and support a team of 4 officers to ensure the premises remain secure and protected from potential risks, including protest activity.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PERMANENT CONTRACT/ 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT PATTERN, NIGHTS ONLY. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE STANDING THROUGHOUT YOUR SHIFT.

Role Details

• Location: Central London
• Shift Pattern: Night shifts, including weekends
• Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
• Contract: Ongoing / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and support a team of 4 security officers on duty.

· Monitor site activity to identify and respond to potential risks, including protesters.

· Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.

· Act as the first point of contact for incidents, escalating where required.

· Provide strong leadership during high-pressure situations.

Candidate Requirements

· Proven leadership experience within the security industry.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong situational awareness and the ability to make quick decisions.

· Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence (essential).

· Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
